Anna: Hello Tino, thank you for taking the time for this interview today. Let's get right to it - can you tell us about your role as Head of User Experience and Frontend Design at ESYON?

Tino: Of course, I'm glad to be here. In my position as Head of User Experience and Frontend Design at ESYON, I am responsible for the design and optimization of the user experience on websites and online shops. This includes both design and functionality to ensure that users of a website or online shop have a smooth and engaging online experience. It doesn’t really matter whether it’s a B2B or a B2C online shop. Additionally, I follow a performance-oriented and mobile-first approach in programming. This not only pleases the users but also Google.

Anna: That sounds like an exciting and versatile role! What skills or technologies are particularly important for your work?

Tino: As an expert in the field of UI/UX, I work closely with technologies like Twitter Bootstrap and Contao to develop appealing and user-friendly websites. Additionally, accessibility is a central concern for me to ensure that our solutions are accessible to all users.

Anna: Can you tell us why it is important to keep up with current web design trends?

Tino: Very good question. It is essential to keep up with current web design trends as they reflect the changing preferences and expectations of users and help you optimize your website. By integrating these trends, you can ensure that your website always remains modern and attractive.

Anna: Tell us, with your many years of experience and extensive expertise in the e-commerce field, how do you manage to stand by your clients as the perfect contact person and convince them with tailored solutions?

Tino: With my many years of experience in the e-commerce field, I have developed an in-depth understanding of the industry and established myself as a knowledgeable contact for our clients. I use my know-how and expertise specifically to create customized solutions that sustainably promote their success.

Anna: I’ve heard that you also work with clients like Mercedes Benz and METRO. Can you tell us more about that?

Tino: Yes, we have the privilege of working with renowned companies such as Mercedes Benz and METRO. When working with such clients, the focus is on understanding their specific requirements and offering tailored solutions to optimize their online presence.

Anna: How do your personal approach and customer-oriented method in innovative projects shape your relationships with clients and distinguish you as a trusted person who values close and successful cooperation?

Tino: Through my empathetic and customer-oriented approach, I cultivate relationships with our clients that are based on trust, openness, and transparency. My goal is to establish a personal connection with my clients and work together on innovative projects to develop customized solutions that meet their needs.

Anna: Amazing! Tino, tell us, what makes you special and why should people turn to you specifically?

Tino: I would say that I stand out due to my combination of expertise and passion. My expertise, my eye for aesthetics, and my commitment go beyond the usual. By now, I perfectly understand the needs of my clients and can specifically address their concerns to provide tailored solutions.

Anna: Aside from your professional activities, what motivates you and how do you spend your free time?

Tino: In my free time, I am a big fan of superheroes and Funko Pops—they make me smile and let me escape into another world. I also enjoy staying active by running half marathons or even participating in a Megamarsch to challenge my mind and body.
